Registration Open [Limited Seats, Scholarships Available]
Cohort: March 1, 2025
OMG, this is wild; I can’t believe I am writing this. I didn’t want to run full-fledged IDEX fellowship programs like before; I wanted to do something that I firmly believe can create value for future IDEXers, rooted in making it affordable, self-paced, and value-driven.
I envision a world wherein IDEX can be a launchpad for authentic next-gen leaders to build conscious companies, funds, initiatives, podcasts, substacks, research groups, consulting firms, etc. This is a small start, but I can feel the fire.
Why Now?
Many of us, especially in ambitious, materialistic cultures, are suffering spiritual poverty and moral bankruptcy. We have plenty of money, possessions, and assets but lack meaning, ethical foundations, consciousness, and purpose.
This spiritual malnourishment erodes us from the inside out, leading to dissatisfaction, loneliness, and questions about whether this is all there is. It can also lead to moral and ethical failures since we lack the principles and values to guide appropriate conduct.
I have spent over a decade in gender activism, building & failing an impact enterprise, investing with a gender lens, impact investing, ESG investing, venture capital, and even training 30+ aspiring women fund managers. I sit on the board/advisory of non-profit gendersmart capital initiatives and deep biotech companies doing a green transition by decoupling our dependence on abusing nature. Currently, I am Partner at a global climate fund and advise several deep-tech venture studios.
What Now?
With more than a decade of experience as a founder, impact and ESG investor, activist, and venture capitalist, I understand conscious investing inside and out (at least, I hope so; I am doubtful, though). Applying my spiritual lens and skepticism of impact investing, I created Talent of Tomorrow, an elementary self-paced 4-week IDEX Fellowship program.
I learned that I don’t want to be a teacher/coach/mentor for the sake of it; I see my life work as an artist, a facilitator, and a curator of knowledge. I am Nobody!
There are five elements to it, which are as follows.»
Learn: You will learn on your own from a curated list. The whole program is divided into three parts.»
Conscious Capitalism: What are the core principles of building a conscious business? I have included several resources, from books to reading materials to podcasts.
Impact Investing: core impact investing and innovative finance principles. I have focused more on the investing side than on impact measurement.
Consciousness, Stoicism, Zen Buddhism, and Spiritual Nourishment: IDEX cannot and should not be revived without covering these. This is essential so IDEXers are fully prepared to live a conscious, fulfilling, and content life. Impact starts with them first.
AMAs—Ask Me Anything: There will be three 60-90-minute AMAs with Sagar Tandon, fellowship designer, curator, fellowship coordinator, and IDEX alum.
Build: Without building a portfolio, learning is incomplete. We will give you three assignments aligned to the three topics mentioned above that will help you build your own portfolio in a way that will help you design an initiative, build an impact investing strategy, and write your life manifesto.
Get Certified: IDEX will issue a certificate after completing the three assignments.
Showcase your Portfolio: After you build your portfolio and get certified, we will be happy to showcase one of your portfolios to the whole of the IDEX community of 15,000 plus & beyond so that you get the social recognition you deserve.
Get Recommended: Many of you are applying for jobs, looking for a job switch, pivoting your career to impact investing, conscious capitalism, or going for an MBA. No matter your next step, after you are certified and showcase your portfolio to other IDEXers and the community, I will gladly give you a recommendation letter so you can grow and succeed.
So When?
IDEX will be done on a rolling basis every other month/every other month; hopefully, we are still in the experimental phase. So, I will keep you posted. We are re-launching our first cohort with this new self-paced IDEX Fellowship on Maven format from 1st March 2025.
And How much?
I didn’t want it to be inaccessible like before, wherein it used to cost even $3,000-5,000, RIDICULOUS. Hence, I decided that this whole program, with certification, a showcase of your portfolio, and a recommendation letter, would cost $499 for a 5-week IDEX program. However, as it involves a lot of work in the background -from sourcing to curating resources to evaluating the assignments to recommendation letters- we can’t have unlimited people; hence, we limit our cohort to 20.
Any scholarships?
If you think the program is cheap, help fund others, and let me know. On a case-to-case basis, if we get a cohort of 20, we will allow three additional people to join for free!

That’s it—let us have fun again. The party of IDEXers is starting again, but this time, it will be nerdy, conscious, and impactful.
Happy New Year!
